To manage your Black Wolf active subscription, the first step is to ensure you can login to our subscription portal -> https://blackwolfnation.com/account/login If you have never logged in before, please create an account using the same email that purchases have been made through.

If you cannot login to your account, or you get an error, please reach out to our customer support at support@blackwolfnation.com who will send you an account activation email.

Once you are in your customer portal, head to the "My Subscriptions" tab. Here you have the ability to see all your upcoming orders, change your shipment date, skip a shipment, pause, cancel or add to your current subscriptions.

One thing to keep in mind... When pausing or canceling your shipment, each product needs to be edited individually!

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window or you're experiencing issues with tracking, we recommend confirming your shipping address. Should there be any concerns about your package possibly being lost in transit or there being an error with the mail carriers, please reach out to us immediately. We can look into the matter further and provide assistance. In the event of a delay due to high order volume or backordered items, rest assured that you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.

We can't change what's inside your order once it's placed. But, if you accidentally entered the wrong address, there might still be hope! 

Just email us as soon as possible after your purchase, and we'll see if we can fix it for you. Keep in mind, though, our warehouse is QUICK and orders normally start processing within a few hours after you submit it! If your order is already processed, we won't be able to make any address changes. 

To reach us, simply email our support email with "Address Change" in the subject line, and don't forget to include your order number. If your package ends up going to the wrong address due to an error on your end, we unfortunately can't take responsibility for that.

The magic begins at our secret warehouse in an undisclosed location (it’s in Florida, shhhh).  If you order before 12pm EST, we’ll pack it that day.  Anything received after 12pm EST, we’ve got you the very next day.  We don’t wait around, because you need this product in your life.   

And we’ll keep you posted – you’ll receive notification emails, including one with a tracking number, as soon as your order ships.

Occasionally, a carrier takes one or two business days to register a shipment status, which can be confusing, BUT you should start to see tracking information kick in soon.  If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, shoot an email to support@blackwolfnation.com and we’ll happily look into it.

If you got a confirmation saying your package has been delivered, but you can't find it anywhere, don't panic just yet! There's a good chance it might get delivered within the next 24 hours. Sometimes the delivery companies mark it as delivered when they're in the vicinity, so it could be on its way. Give it a day, and hopefully, it'll show up at your doorstep. If it's been a full 24 hours and there's still no sign of it, shoot us an email, and we'll jump right in to investigate the situation for you.

Not at all! Our Sonic Scrubber device is equipped with a USB-C charging port which is fully waterproof even if exposed to water, so the exposed charger is not a problem. You can scrub away with confidence! 

Great question! Because our Sonic Scrubber head is made of silicone, it never needs to be replaced, and is not interchangeable! With proper care and use it should last for years. If it’s starting to look funky with soap build up, just dump the bristles in clean warm water, turn the device on and clean the bristles with your fingers.
