Can I modify my order?
Once an order has been placed, none of the items can be changed or removed, and no items can be added.
Can I cancel my order?
Canceling an order is time-sensitive so please reach out to us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order. If an order has already shipped out, then this cannot be canceled.
When will I be charged for my order?
We only charge our customers once an order has been shipped out! When you place your order, the amount will be held by your credit card institution in a pending authorization until your order has been processed and shipped.
What are your shipping options?
We require 1–2 business days for processing and shipping can take up to an additional 2–5 business days. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii takes approximately 3 weeks.
At this time, Blackwolf ships strictly to the contiguous 48 U.S. states, plus Alaska and Hawaii. Shipments to U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico and Guam), the Armed Forces and PO boxes are currently unavailable.
How to manage my subscription
To manage your Black Wolf active subscription, the first step is to ensure you can login to our subscription portal -> https://blackwolfnation.com/account/login If you have never logged in before, please create an account using the same email that purchases have been made through.
If you cannot login to your account, or you get an error, please reach out to our customer support at support@blackwolfnation.com who will send you an account activation email.
Once you are in your customer portal, head to the "My Subscriptions" tab. Here you have the ability to see all your upcoming orders, change your shipment date, skip a shipment, pause, cancel or add to your current subscriptions.
One thing to keep in mind... When pausing or canceling your shipment, each product needs to be edited individually!
Can I change my address after my order has been submitted?
We can't change what's inside your order once it's placed. But, if you accidentally entered the wrong address, there might still be hope!
Just email us as soon as possible after your purchase, and we'll see if we can fix it for you. Keep in mind, though, our warehouse is QUICK and orders normally start processing within a few hours after you submit it! If your order is already processed, we won't be able to make any address changes.
To reach us, simply email our support email with "Address Change" in the subject line, and don't forget to include your order number. If your package ends up going to the wrong address due to an error on your end, we unfortunately can't take responsibility for that.
Can I use the body wash if I don't have acne?

I see that the Sonic Scrubber charger is exposed… is this an issue?
Not at all! Our Sonic Scrubber device is equipped with a USB-C charging port which is fully waterproof even if exposed to water, so the exposed charger is not a problem. You can scrub away with confidence!
How often does my Sonic Scrubber head need to be replaced?
Great question! Because our Sonic Scrubber head is made of silicone, it never needs to be replaced, and is not interchangeable! With proper care and use it should last for years. If it's starting to look funky with soap build up, just dump the bristles in clean warm water, turn the device on and clean the bristles with your fingers.
HELP! My Sonic Scrubber isn't holding a charge… what should I do?
If your sonic scrubber isn't holding a charge, first make sure that it's fully plugged in and that the charging indicator light is on (yellow light) If the light is on but the charge still doesn't last, try resetting the unit by unplugging it for a few minutes and then plugging it back in. If neither of these steps work, or if there is no charging light illuminated, please contact our customer service team at support@blackwolfnation.com for further assistance and we would be happy to help!
How long should the unit stay charged for?

Will a WUSH device give me an ear infection?
The nozzle is designed to spray water around the perimeter of the ear canal. Please make sure to read the instruction manual for proper use of this device. If you are a person that gets constant ear infections, please consult with your doctor before using this device.
Do I need to charge my WUSH before it's first use?
Yes! Please charge the device until all 3 LED lights are no longer blinking.
Will the WUSH just push wax deeper in my ear?
It's the opposite! WUSH safely and effectively rinses out wax with a gentle, massaging triple-spray of water unlike a cotton swab that pushes wax in potentially compacting it further!
Will the WUSH leave water in my ears?
WUSH safely and effectively removes wax with a gentle massaging triple spray of water that isdirected not down the middle but at the sides of the ear canal, allowing excess water and wax to be flushed from the ear.
Can the WUSH be used on pets and/or children?
No, please do not use the WUSH on pets, or children under the age of 15.
Will the WUSH help with tinnitus?

What type of water do I need to use in my WUSH device?
Our WUSH devices require warm, clean, drinkable water. No special water or saline solution is required.
What type of wall adapter do I need for my device?
A USB wall plug is required to charge your Black Wolf device straight from the socket. Otherwise you can charge your device through a USB port via a computer or adapter.
