Great customer support
Bought my wush ear cleaner 2 years ago only used it about 24 times only once a month to clean my ears out It ran beautifully at first then one day I went to charge. It and it charged for 60mins I would turn it on and it ran for 10 seconds and shut off. Reached out to WUSH even after warrenty they still sent me a replacement the new wush 2.0 ear cleaner which is also half the size of the older wush ear cleaner I had my receipt where I bought from the as seen on tv store. I sent the receipt in email to WUSH and low a behold a brand new WUSH 2.0 was sitting in front my door on the porch a few weeks later. I was shocked Thanks so much . This one is working great 👍 so sweet.

DO NOT BUY!!! sent me the wrong product no water basin or ear tips included… sent me another and still nothing.. customer support sent me a refund and told me to buy another… I’m not going through this mess again, it is so simple to send the customer a water basin and ear tips,
Customer support has been no help besides sending me the exact same product that wasn’t advertised TWICE, and now will not help me correct the order
Do not buy from them, find another company where the shipping and customer support process won’t make you lose it.
I will be avoiding black wolf for life now.

This actually works!
So I work at a processing plant and I have to wear earplugs. I have always had a high earwax buildup since I can remember and using the earplugs ten hours a day only makes my situation worse. This is the first product I have bought that actually works for me. I am so grateful that I will no longer have multiple doctors visits every year to remove all the wax. Thank you so much
