Sorry for the late review BUT here it is!!
This is TRULY an OUTSTANDING product because as a big guy i can't get to my back the way I supposed too (Too many muscle in the way...Drats!!!) if you come home from a hard day of work and your dirty and sweaty THIS is what you want to take care of yourself AS A MAN! (LOL! Not mean to me all "commercially"But one use you will see what I mean). My ONLY issue is there is a design flaw where the button is to extend the wand. I noticed two cracks on either side of it :( I contacted support to see what they can do and if they cana send this to thier engineers in hopes of designing a fix for this. Make NO mistake even if you use JUST the head you will get a BETTER clean with you most favorite of soaps!

This feels like notning on my skin. Vibrations feel okay. Soap doesnt stick well. Doesnt sud well. I eventually ended up using my african skin net. Its novelty. Maybe play with your girlfriend with it. Was expecting something very cleansing and manly… ill probably use it as a shower toy for the ladies before I keep using it for myself 🙄

Its hard for scrubber to get a good lather
I have to pour water on it and then rub it with my hands multiple times in order to get it to work right

Great question! Because our Sonic Scrubber head is made of silicone, it never needs to be replaced, and is not interchangeable! With proper care and use it should last for years. If it’s starting to look funky with soap build up, just dump the bristles in clean warm water, turn the device on and clean the bristles with your fingers.

The Sonic Scrubber is water resistant and can be used in the shower! (Though, because we care about you, do NOT get the product or charging cable wet or immerse in water while charging!)

If your product is defective or damaged please reach out to customer support and we will send you a new product free of charge.

Otherwise, we have a 30-day return policy. Please note that we do not provide prepaid return labels at this time. If you would like to return your Black Wolf products within 30-days, please reach out to our customer service team at support@blackwolfnation.com

The warranty on our Wush and Sonic Scrubber is 90 days, but if your device stops working after the 90-day mark, you can still reach out to us and we'll see what we can do!
